Title: Leading schools during Covid-19 Results of a qualitative survey at national level

Abstract: During the Pandemic caused by Covid-19, the school had to test new didactics, organizational, logistical and communication models aimed to continue to grant all its activities, from the educational training to the administrative services, to face the limits imposed by the lockdown. With reference to this context and in particular paying attention to school management, the article intends to present the planning framework and the results of an exploratory qualitative research conducted with the narrative method that investigated the skills, methods, times, tools and resources to which the principals have applied to direct, coordinate and enhance the human resources of their institutes in order to guarantee to all their pupils the right to a continuous and quality learning, which is an indispensable prerogative for a fair and sustainable human growth.

Title: Dirigere le scuole durante il Covid-19 Esiti di un'indagine qualitativa a livello nazionale

Abstract: Durante la pandemia causata dal Covid-19, la scuola per fronteggiare i limiti imposti dal lockdown si è trovata a sperimentare inediti modelli didattici, organizzativi, logistici e comunicativi al fine di continuare a garantire la prosecuzione di tutte le attività di propria competenza, da quelle educativo-formative a quelle amministrative. Con riferimento a tale contesto e in particolare alla dirigenza scolastica, l'articolo presenta il framework teorico e gli esiti di una ricerca esplorativa di tipo qualitativo che attraverso il metodo narrativo ha inteso indagare le competenze, le modalità, i tempi, gli strumenti e le risorse a cui i/le dirigenti hanno fatto ricorso per dirigere, coordinare e valorizzare le risorse umane dei propri istituti e garantire ad alunne ed alunni di ogni ordine e grado scolastico il diritto ad un apprendimento continuo e di qualità, prerogativa irrinunciabile per una crescita umana equa e sostenibile.
